Our last tasting of January focused on @westlandwhiskey from Seattle. The pioneers of American Single Malt Whiskey, Westland continues to impress with their continuous experimentation with wood and barley.

We were joined by @jagreen13 who walked us through the core lineup, and then we dove into two Garryanas and ended with a NY Exclusive Single Cask. A great tasting and always fun to revisit this brand.

Tasting #68 of the @saratogawhiskeyclub was a Campbeltown Celebration. One of our most amazing tastings!
3 great Glen Scotias followed by 4 impressive Springbanks.

We were joined by both Tom Smith and @singlemaltalliance from the @smwsamerica. Three of our bottles were from the Society including our highlighted ending dram, a 26 year Springbank. Quite incredible.
